Cody Emrick is the Owner of Locke Property Management and a passionate real estate investor who understands property management from an owner’s perspective. His approach is centered on helping property owners protect their investments, maximize long-term value, and make owning rental property as straightforward as possible.
Cody believes exceptional property management starts with exceptional service. He is committed to providing owners with responsive communication, practical guidance, and a team they can trust to take care of their properties. Emily Ryon is a seasoned property management professional with more than 10 years of industry experience. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive expertise in property operations, leasing, owner relations, tenant relations, vendor management, compliance, and portfolio growth. She has also built and managed her own property management portfolio, giving her a unique understanding of both the operational and business sides of the industry.
As Senior Operations Manager, Emily focuses on creating efficient systems, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring a high level of service across the portfolio. She takes a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach to management, believing that strong communication, accountability, and attention to detail are essential to protecting owners' investments and delivering an exceptional experience for everyone involved.
